Japan’s culture has been deeply considerate of the environment since long before the concept of SDGs came about.
How is that consideration expressed?
By bringing about corporate growth while protecting the environment in a diverse society.
By maintaining the deep pleasure of entertainment while advocating how media should be and making sure its social responsibilities are fulfilled.
We will continue to express both “interest” and “social responsibility” in lock step.

in the original versions of comics, novels, screenplays, and other such media.
We at NJ utilize our connections in a network of video-related companies
and publishers to discover impressive works from around the world
and to develop them in our own original way.

We help cultivate young directors, novelists, screenwriters
who will go on to represent Japan.
Also, through agent contracts with actors and artists mainly from Asia, Europe and the United States,
we will transmit content to the world and cultivate original creators.

また、アジア・欧米を中心とした
俳優・アーティストたちとのエージェント契約を通し、
世界に発信していき、本物のクリエイターを育てていきます。
Apart from developing original works,
we also strive to introduce great Japanese anime and manga to creators around the world.
We also act as a contact point for acquiring various types of licenses,
such as those for remaking video works in Japan
by famous broadcasters and production companies from around the world,
and for the visualization rights of foreign manga and novels.
We aim to become a cultural relay point for the mutual exchange
of wonderful IP (intellectual property) from Japan to the world and from the world to Japan.
